Our returns policy lasts 14 days. Please contact us if you wish to return an item.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.
Customized pieces and bespoke jewelry are non-returnable items.
To complete your return we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.
Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reason not due to our error is not returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If everything is received in good order your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund, check first your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some processing before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the costs of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You are advised to use a trackable shipping service, which requires a signature upon delivery or purchase shipping insurance to return your item.
We take no responsibility for not receiving a returned item.
